How It Works
Don't you sometimes wish that you could be there at your favourite outlet mall yourself, to check out the latest items and get hold of the best deals? We have found a way to make it happen, even if you are 10,000 miles away!
A Live Shopping Event (LSE) is a special 90-minutes event where our private shoppers are physically at a mall in the US, taking photographs and uploading them live from the scene. You can immediately view what is available through our Facebook page, just like you were at the mall yourself! You can also interact live with Your US Private Shopper, be it to get a close-up shot, see the item from different angles, check for colours/sizes, or simply to say "I want it!".
As the stock turnover at outlet malls can be very high, item availability is only guaranteed for the duration of the LSE, and you will need to confirm your order by the end of the LSE.
Items will be consolidated and shipped out per our usual process.
